My name is Dan. I have been playing guitar and studying music for more than 20 years. Rock, Pop, Jazz and Classical. It’s all good. As you can see from my photos, I began my musical journey as an adult. First by watching Youtube videos where I developed a lot of bad habits, and then through formal instruction where I learned to read music, study theory, and practice my butt off to make it all look easy. Learning to play the guitar is truly awesome. It is like having a super power. I love sharing that experience with others, and hope to share it with you. I began my professional teaching career with the Malvern School of Music in 2023 where I continue to teach today. I started offering in-home private lessons soon after in the West Chester area.
